Service Agreement
By booking a service with PrimeClean Housekeeping, you agree to these terms. Our premium housekeeping and deep cleaning services are customized to meet the specific needs of your residence. We reserve the right to decline or re-evaluate a service request if the property condition differs significantly from the initial assessment or quotation.
All scheduled services are subject to availability. PrimeClean Housekeeping commits to providing trained, professional personnel to carry out the agreed-upon tasks with the utmost care and respect for your home.
Section 02
Scheduling & Cancellations
We understand that schedules change. To maintain the highest level of service and respect for our team's time, we enforce a strict cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Cancellation Notice
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule any standard cleaning appointment without penalty.
Late Adjustments
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total service cost.
If our team cannot access your property at the scheduled time (e.g., incorrect access codes, locked doors), the appointment will be considered a late cancellation and subject to the applicable fees.

Payment Terms

Invoicing: Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice unless a custom billing schedule has been established for regular maintenance plans.

Methods: We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers. Cash payments are not accepted by our field personnel.

Late Payments: Accounts not settled within 14 days of the invoice date may be subject to a late fee of 5% per month, and future services may be suspended until the balance is cleared.
Section 04
Liability & Damages
PrimeClean Housekeeping is fully insured and bonded. While we treat every home with the utmost care, accidents occasionally happen. You must report any damage or breakages caused by our personnel within 24 hours of the service completion.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, improper installation of fixtures, or damage to items requiring specialized care if we were not informed in writing prior to the service. Valuable items, including antiques, artwork, and non-replaceable items, should be secured or explicitly excluded from the cleaning scope.
